Our facility is a beautifully appointed, historical, Victorian structure. The interior of our building allows seating for over 100 for services. Our facility has ample parking on the north side of the building with handicap spaces and ramp access as well as parking to the east that is accessible via the drive on the south side of the building. We also have curbside parking to the east on Market Street and to the south on Pearl Street.

For over a century, the Smith family has been a fixture in providing funeral and cremation services in the Port Huron area. The family business was begun in 1919 by Arthur E. Smith who also served many years as coroner for St. Clair County. Arthur B. Smith joined his father in 1943, and he also served the area as county coroner. In 1964 Arthur C. Smith received his license and joined the family business along with his father and grandfather.
Our recently remodeled Smith Chapel offers spacious viewing and visitation rooms, new and updated ADA restrooms, and a reception hall.
